APHS Student Spotlight: Peter Altidor
While at Asbury Park High School, Peter served as president of the National Honor Society, a volunteer at The Spot and as a member of the Allied Health Academy. As a graduate of the Allied Health Academy, upon graduation from high school, Peter will have his Patient Care Technician PCT license, which comes with a minimum $18 per hour starting salary. He immigrated to the United States in 2015 and only spoke Haitian Creole. He is ranked sixth in his graduating class and has a 4.0 grade point average. Peter applied to 10 schools and was accepted to all of them. He plans to attend New Jersey City University on a full scholarship and major in diagnostic medicine and stenography.
